New playground!
While the students and staff were enjoying a well-deserved break, some of us were hard at work constructing a brand new PLAYGROUND and sports area. We've made some exciting changes, including relocating our football field to make it larger. Around this expanded field, we've created a vibrant playground equipped with parkour elements, swings, and various other recreational facilities. Additionally, we've added shaded benches and a pavilion with changing rooms. None of this could have been possible without our dearest friend Nelson, who again and again shows his love for our kids and our project, thank you from the bottom of our hearts Nelson. One day we hope you can visit and see for yourself the love, happiness and joy you spread :)
At Eco Moyo, football holds a special place as the number one sport. It brings immense joy to people of all ages, whether they're playing, watching, cheering, or celebrating. Worth mentioning is celebrating a win - even just a friendly game - is EVERYTHING. Scoring in the world cup has nothing on scoring a goal in Eco Moyo. Nothing. It's pure magic.
Now, with the new playground surrounding the field, spectators have the option to engage in various activities while or instead of watching the game. While football remains the heart of sports at Eco Moyo, it's heartwarming to witness our children enjoying the additional amenities. Among them, one set of swings has become incredibly popular, and when the bell rings for a break - you better watch out - even the tiniest PP1's will run you over in the race to get there first <3
